Great modern accommodation with BEAUTIFUL setting really close to city life as well as an ancient tower, perfectly located in the centre of the upper part of Bergamo. Public parking nearby provided. Everything perfect.

Had extra special stay in old town of Bergamo, the staff were very friendly, location was beautiful in a beautiful square. Location: the hotel was so close to the main pedestrian street around the corner, Lake Como and restaurants.

The rooms were well decorated and included a private safe, air conditioner, and a mini bar etc😀😀

The units are unique, good-sized with windows opening to the centre of the beautiful old town, a nice view to old town, as example.

I appreciated that it was clean and special, the staff were affable and rooms were new-fashioned. The breakfast was very very good, with lots of food. The location was great and incredible for walking around a romanesque church. The hotel was in a historic area, very close to perfectly located in the centre of the upper part of Bergamo and all the main shopping areas...

Place was small luxury and unique, enjoyed the stay.

The staff were all extremely helpful, and the room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with windows opening to the centre of the beautiful old town. It was very handy to have an electric kettle and glassware.

Centrally located, excellent breakfast, helpful staff, characterful room, good bathroom facilities.

Cold stone floor in the shower, hard synthetic pillows, noise from ventilation shaft, confusing light switches, thin towels in the bathroom, no cooked food at breakfast.

Because of a problem with deluxe king room we were upgraded and had a unique room.

Staying at this hotel was truly amazing. I loved how it was located right in the center of the old town area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when they made a reservation for us at an excellent restaurant for dinner. The room was equipped with everything I needed, from an electric kettle to ironing facilities and soundproofed walls. The in-room amenities were definitely a plus. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the fact that this place provided a shuttle service to and from the airport.

I would highly recommend this venue to my family and friends without hesitation.

Everything! The service was impecable. The manager even walked us to the town square to show us the restaurant options. The room was large and roomy, with funky taps, fittings etc. Knowing we were staying in an old castle just added to the romance of the place. Service and friendliness that we never found in the larger cities.

I loved the decoration, attention to detail and was nicely surprise as most hotels in Italy are run down and this one was in perfect condition!

There is a lot of freshly made food for breakfast. The units are huge, big with toiletries, clean bathroom, for example. The location is very central.

The hotel's location in the heart of the old town of Bergamo is absolutely perfect. Being able to step outside and immediately immerse myself in the charm and beauty of the city was a truly delightful experience. The rooms themselves were well-appointed and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the comfortable bed to the good bathroom facilities. I particularly enjoyed the view from the windows, which offered a lovely glimpse into the center of the beautiful old town. The breakfast provided was also satisfactory, offering a decent range of options to start the day.

Everything was just fine, no complaints whatsoever.
